Prevention is the key! “The best way to prevent tickborne diseases is to prevent tick bites. In Vermont, tickborne illnesses are most often transmitted between early spring and late fall since ticks are most active during warm months.” – VT Dept of Health

Join OWCC as we welcome, Kathleen O’Reilly RN, BSN, MPH from the Vermont Department of Health

Kathleen will discuss prevention of and treatment for the most common tickborne illnesses in Vermont.Open Q & A after PowerPoint lecture. Educational materials will be available.
